Curious about our grant reports? To assist potential grantees in understanding the expectations for our reports, we have outlined the questions below.

Please note: If you are a current grantee, please complete the report as soon as the funds are spent inside the grant portal. It is due by the end of the grant term.

Successful grantees will be required to complete one of the following reports based on your grant category:

Colorado Population Grants Report Preview

Grantees with an Animal Population grant will be sent and required to submit the following report:

Organizational Capacity Grants Report Preview

Grantees with an Organizational Capacity grant will be sent and required to submit the following report:
